Pulp Reality?

VINCENT: I heard you did a pilot.
MIA: That was my 15 minutes.
VINCENT: What was it?
MIA: It was a team about 5 female agents called "Fox Force Five".
VINCENT: What?
MIA: "Fox Force Five". Fox as in we are a bunch of foxy chicks, Force as in we re a force to be reckoned with. Five, as in we re one, two, three, four, five of us.There was a blonde one, Sommerset O'neal from that show"Baton Rouge", she was the leader. A Japanese one, a black one, a French one and a brunette, me. We all had special skills. Sommerset had a photographic memory, the Japanese fox was a kung-fu master, the black one was a demolition expert, the French fox's specialty was sex...
VINCENT: What was your specialty?
MIA: Knives [...]

THE WOLF: You re Jimmy, right?
JIMMY: Yeah
THE WOLF: I am Winston Wolf. I solve problems.

Tarantino plays with the notion of time and structure, breaking conventional linear patterns abusing the society of the spectacle and mass culture to the fullest. He has become a 'cult' by his mannerims and promoting a 'pastiche' of things from different cultural backgrounds without being kitsch, but in a very clever way.
