Reach Out ,Touch Faith

My faith is restored. I believe in black Angels. I saw them yesterday in Hyde Park. They did not let me down... They were singing in haunting and dark voices and promting us to raise our hands to the sky singing along Reach out, Touch Faith...Simply magical! Around 20.48 A pain that I am used to, A Question of Time follows and then you are sucked into it. And yes my love, they played In Your Room! Encore around 22. 00 with an excellent acoustic version of Shake the Disease -sang by Martin Gore-, Photographic (oh, yes!) and the grand finale with Never Let me Down Again (Set). Dave Gahan was full of energy as always, stripping down to disclose his tattooes and feeling really sexy touching his leather pants...

A festival worth noticing and praising with excellent organisation and timing! They only run 6 minutes late from the original schedule. Apart from the 'angels' I really enjoyed The Mystery Jets, Goldfrapp and The Dears. We missed Gang of Four because they were playing simultaneously with Goldfrapp on another stage and since we managed to find a place near the main stage for Depeche we wouldnt risk losing it!Weird weather with a white and cloudy sky with some sun and a cool breeze. Many stages, a lot of distractions and a biigg crowd, the most heterogeneous I ve witnessed.
