Apologies for being unimaginative for so long and for not bothering to write any posts... I guess it is the disease of the autumn. New beginnings and many 'stages' that run simultaneously...But who doesn't live a hectic life nowadays?
Francis Bacon, Triptych

Francis Bacon makes up for the absence. One of my ultimate favourites...Great choice!
Thank you my dear!(as if you havent had enough of me...!) :)
ahhhhhh...i love it/him. thank you, Mia. very refreshing to me after waking up and reading the trainwreck of bu$hCo shite going on in the States.
Even a genius like you my friend needs and deserves a break..and we all know that autumn is indeed a disease with similar symptoms almost every year.
Let it be that in the coming weeks more inspiration will come to you and through you to us ;)
@ rimone: I am glad :) I hope that I will be more political or at least inspiring in the weeks to come!
@ Pixina: Merci bien ma cherie, but you know who is the genius... (it is definitely not me !) I hope you will read more from me soon :)
so, who is the genious? i am confused...
oh Mia...getting political almost ruined my life (even though i did end up in England). :-)
2 happy things: 'dogville' came today from amazon and i'll be in London this weekend. if you hear an American accent shouting things like 'OMG! the architecture!' or hear about the grrl who's refusing to leave the Egyptian rooms at the British museum, you'll know it's me (and yeah, i know you don't live in the city--i have a big mouth), lol.
ps, your subject matter always inspires me. :-) your site is like an oasis of sanity in the bu$hCo madness i'm still too naive to believe even though i know it's true.
@ Vroxopoios: It is still debatable... :)
@rimone: Great! Tell me what you think about Dogville as soon as you watch it! Have fun in London and screeeaamm! I spend a lot of time in London lately even if I still live in the countryside :) If you scream in the Greek section with the marbles maybe I ll hear you. I am usually around Russel square... :))
being there is like a dream come true for me--every one of my fave books when i was little (from PL Travers' mary poppins to charles dickens) gave me this impression of london and i'm never disappointed--it's the history.
i wanna go to Greece as well. one of my best online friends is Greek; we've been talking almost 3 years now. i wanna see EVERYTHING.
will getcha back after i watch 'dogville' sometime after i'm back in bristol. :-)
What up, girl? At last, mi lovelie pretty blonde! I am not so crazy about Bacon (he was so ugly, poor thing), but I am too about you...
Rumor has it you 'll be visiting us soon. Bring it!

@Rimone: You should visit Grecce (and not just for the history)!! But I bet you expected me to say that!
Btw in case you saw your name among greeklish words in amaryllis comment, she says you are very cool! :)
You are back!
Χαίρομαι πολύ!Εννοείται οτι χρειάζεται και ένα break. To blog δεν πρέπει να έχει deadlines!
Αλλά χαιρομαι που έγραψες.
Φιλάκια Μia!

i wanna go EVERYwhere but i read the most about Greece and the UK when i was a kid so i'm prejudiced. :-)

awww, thank you amaryllis. :-)
ps, still haven't watched Dogville; i will as soon as my adrenaline eases up a bit and i get back to people who've mailed, txtd and called. i had a fabaroo time in London on the way to the slides at the Tate; we made SCENES and had FUN in our little efforts to lower the bar of acceptable adult behavior, lol.
I really want to go to the Tate slides, my BF made an attempt on Sunday but it was fully booked!!Oh well, better luck next time ;)
They are supposed to help depressed people.
That actually depresses me, thinking about it.
Why do you say that?
